Adams announces the passing of Xytavious Carmello Middleton “Xy”, 15, who transitioned on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Memorial Hospital.
Adams announces the funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 18, 2020 at New Greater Owens Temple located 4011 Rockdale Ave. in the Liberty City Community.
Public viewing: 12p-6p, Friday, January 17, 2020 with a visitation to follow from 6p-7p in The Adams Chapel.
Interment: Cherokee Hill Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Lakisha (Shannon) Tiller; father: Ricatavus Moore; Sister: Katavia Moore, Grandparents: Delores Middleton, Joyce Hall, Leroy Middleton and a host of relatives and friends.
