Ophelia Bisard, 7, had her transition on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Memorial Health University Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services will be held 2:00PM, Saturday, May 16, 2015 at East Broad Elementary School.
Interment: Woodville Cemetery.
