Nellie Elizabeth Oxner

Mrs. Nellie Elizabeth Simmons Oxner, 94, the sister of Mrs. Bessie Simmons Hannah and Mr.Walter B. ""49"" Simmons, had her transition Friday, August 27, 2010, at her nephew's residence, under the excellent and professional care, of Hospice Savannah, Inc.

Funeral service: 1:00pm, Friday, September 3, 2010 at St. James A.M.E. Church, 632 East Broad Street, Savannah, GA 31405, Rev. Rosalind M. Kent, Pastor.

Mrs. Oxner will lie instate at the church Friday, the day of the service, from 10:00am until hour of service.

She will be laid to rest in Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 5530 Silk Hope Road, Savannah, GA 31405, immediately following her Celebration of Life Seervice.
