Mrs. Daisy B. Patrick, 87, had her transition on Friday, July 20, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Second Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church located 667 East Duffy Street. Mrs. Patrick will lie in serenity at the church at 9:00 A.M.
Interment: Magnolia Memorial Gardens.
Viewing will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2012 from 9 A.M.-6 P.M. at Adams Funeral Services, Inc.
