Adams announces the passing of Mr. Timothy Ricardo Clark, 64, who peacefully transitioned in his sleep on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at his residence.  He was born September 27, 1958, in Savannah, Georgia. He was the son of Leon C. Clark and the late Queen Esther Blake Clark of Savannah, GA.  He was the grandson of the late Johnny and Asizlee Blake with whom he lived in his early years.  Timothy moved with his family to Altus, Oklahoma where he graduated from Moton High School in Taft, Oklahoma.  After high school, Timothy served in the U.S. Army before returning to Savannah, GA.   He had many hobbies that included cooking, music, and reading.  He was always happiest in a kitchen or the library.


His legacy continues through his daughter, Dr. Ebony L. Johnson (Tuscaloosa, AL), and grandson, Karson Nevith.  Also left to cherish his memory are, his loving father, Leon C. Clark of Savannah; sister Lynette “Kathie” Davis (Elton) of Decatur GA, brother Leon Che’ Clark of Savannah;  Lennox C. Clark of Marietta, GA, and sister Lori C. Jackson (Jovan) of Savannah, GA; nephews Ethan C. Davis and Devin C. Clark; a host of great aunts, cousins and friends.


Public viewing will be on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Adams Funeral Services Savannah, Georgia from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.

The family welcomes donations to the Old Savannah City Mission (www.oldsavannahcitymission.org) as an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers.
