Mr. James Alexander Williams, Sr.

James (Alec) Alexander Williams age 65 After along illness passed away peacefully

on July 7, 2023 at Candler Hospital in  Savannah, Ga. Surrounded by family.

James Alexander Williams known as " Alec" was the son of late Sonny Boy and

Hattie M. Williams.  He was born on July 23, 1957 in Elizabethtown,  NC.

He Attended Bladen County Public School System before moving to  Savannah, GA

where he later, pursed a career at Lewis Jenkins & Co. As a Truck Driver for a few years. 

He also worked at Taylor Manufactured ; Building heavy equipment From 2007-2010 with

his ( Closed Friend) James ( Jamie) Shaw of Elizabethtown,  NC.  He also

maintained a position at Flander Filters in Elizabethtown,  NC.

He was a type a person that was loving, caring and family oriented, 

His energy could light up a room. He always talked about his son

( James Alexander Williams  2nd ) who he will always love and cherish.

Memories of James " Alexander " Williams will be cherished by one son,

James Alexander ( Nicole )  Williams 2nd ; Three Granddaughters, 

Jamonica Azila Williams , Alexandria  Semaj Williams, 

and Riayn Michelle Williams of South Carolina ; one brother Willie Al

( Tracy) Williams of New York ; One sister Lillian

( Robert) Simmons of Washington,  DC. Preceded him in death, 

Two Sisters; Althea Williams and Mattarine Williams of Savannah,  GA. 

Two Brothers ;  Michael( Audrey) Williams of Knightdale, North Carolina Abbott" 

Derand" Williams Two Brothers in law; Julius Smith and Larry Smith both of

Savannah,  Ga. ; Two Aunts Nancy Jones and Maragine Thomas Of Savannah,  GA. ;

one Uncle Bennie ( Betty) Williams of Savannah,  GA. And host of Nieces, 

Nephews, Cousins,  and Friends.

James " Alec" Alexander Williams you will be Truly missed . We love you!
