Mr. Howard K. Bailey

Howard K. Bailey was called home on Friday, November 9th, 2012 at Candler Hospital. He was a native of Savannah, Georgia and a member of St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church. He is a graduate of Alfred E. Beach, class of 1966. Howard was in the US Army and a Vietnam Veteran. He worked at Great Dane Trailer for 15 years and retired from St. Joseph's Hospital after 18 years of service.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving devoted wife, Pauline Bailey. Three loving children: Howard G. (Atzmayah), Kareem (Maquenta), Kamilah (Maxwell) Simmons. A loving mother: Mariah Bailey. Three bothers: Clarence (Cathy) Dallas, GA, Zachary and Mark Bailey. Two sisters: Jacqueline and Felisha Bailey, all of Savannah and 10 grands and 1 great-grand.

Christian Rites of burial for Mr. Howard K. Bailey will be held 12:00 P.M. Thursday, November 15, 2012 at St. Benedict The Moor Catholic Church located 556 East Gordon Street, Savannah, GA.

Public viewing will be held 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Adams Funeral Services.

Rosary rites will take place 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at St. Benedict The Moor Catholic Church located 556 East Gordon Street, Savannah, GA.


Interment: Hillcrest Abbey West.

Mr. Bailey will lie in serenity in the church at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, November 15, 2012 until the hour of service.
