Graveside service for Mr. Henry James Cook will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Survivors are two children: Henry James Cook, Jr. (Usleur) and Jennifer Cook Calixte (Patrick) both of West Palm Beach, Florida; three brothers: Alexander Cook, Sr. (Annie), Melvin Cook, Sr. (Yvonne) both of Savannah, Georgia and Alfonso Cook (Gail) of Deland, Florida; five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
