Mr. Clemon Clevester Pratt, Jr., 58, had his transition on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Clemon Clevester Pratt, Jr. will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Fairmount Baptist Church located 721 E. Bolton St.
Interment: Woodville Cemetery.
Viewing will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service at the church.
Clemon C. Pratt, Jr. is survived by his beloved mother Cozella Abramson. Four brothers Michael D Pratt, John A. Pratt, Kevin R Pratt, Damon R. Pratt Three sisters Cheryl Robinson (William),Cozella Pratt (Willie), Alisa Crudup(Leo). And a host of neices & nephews and other relatives.
