Mr. Benjamin Floyd

Mr. Benjamin Floyd, a revered figure of his community, was born on April 6, 1930, and peacefully passed away on July 29, 2025. With a life spanning over 95 remarkable years, Mr. Floyd leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

In honor of Mr. Floyd’s life, a viewing will be held on August 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Adams Funeral Services, located at 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405. Family, friends, and all who were touched by Mr. Floyd's life are invited to join in this time of remembrance.

A funeral service will take place the following day, August 9, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM at St. Paul CME Church, situated at 1601 Barnard St, Savannah, GA 31401. This service will celebrate the life and legacy of a remarkable man, full of stories and experiences worth sharing.

Mr. Floyd will be laid to rest at Bonaventure Cemetery, with the burial scheduled for August 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Greenwich Section. This serene final resting place will serve as a testament to his life’s journey and the love he brought to those around him.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and community service that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit will forever be remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
