Leroy "Flick" Fickling, Jr., born on October 19, 1950, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026.

Although details of his early life, personal accomplishments, and family are not recorded here, Leroy’s memory endures in the hearts of those who were privileged to share in his journey. The absence of documented surviving or deceased family in this notice is softened by the broader reach of his impact: in friendships formed, values imparted, and a spirit that inspired those around him.

To honor Leroy "Flick" Fickling, Jr.’s memory, friends and well-wishers are invited to gather for a viewing on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Services, located at 510 Stephenson Avenue in Savannah, Georgia. 

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Fresh Fire From Heaven Christain Center, 3704 Bull Street, Savannah, Georgia. 

Following the service, Leroy will be laid to rest at Bonaventure Cemetery, Greenwich Section, 330 Bonaventure Road, Thunderbolt, Georgia.

Though Leroy's physical presence is gone, his memory and the example he set will remain an enduring light to those whose lives he graced. May he rest peacefully.
