A viewing for Kotoka will take place on March 5, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Adams Funeral Services, located at 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405.

A celebration of his life will occur the next day, March 6, 2026, at Greater Emanuel Tabernacle, 1101 Stiles Ave, Savannah, GA 31415, starting at 11:00 AM.

Kotoka will then be laid to rest at Woodville Cemetery, located on Roberts St, Savannah, GA 31408, following a burial service at 1:00 PM on the same day.
