Jordan Jamal Moultrie, born on February 6, 1991, passed away on September 17, 2026. Jordan’s life will be remembered with love and gratitude by those who knew him and cared for him.

He is survived by his mother, Holly Wilkerson and father, Earl Moultrie, Jr., who carry forward his memory with enduring love. The bond of family remains a lasting part of Jordan’s story, and his memory will continue to be held close in the hearts of those who mourn his passing and honor his life.

Jordan, as I liked to call “Jordy”, was a caring, respectful & protective son. He brought so much joy to my life. He will forever be missed. I was proud to have him as my son and will forever hold dear beautiful memories in my heart.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a viewing on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Adams Funeral Services, 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31405. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., also at Adams Funeral Services in Savannah.
