James Polite, Jr

Mr. James Polite, Jr., 70, had his transition Monday, December 15, 2008 at Memorial Health University Medical Center, 4700 Waters Avenue, Savannah, Georgia, surrounded by his loving and devoted family.

A native of Ludowici, Georgia, ""Dr.J"" or ""Jimmy"", as he was affectionately known by both names, was a long time dedicated employee of Braun Construction as a Foreman and PCI Construction Companies.

His wife, Helen Young Polite, parents: James Polite, Sr and Louise Boles Polite and a brother, Charlie Spaulding, preceded him in death,

Survivors: four sons: James, Al, Ricku, and Johnnie (Bernice); three daughters: Vickie, Niecey, and Soleisha; three grands; two sisters: Mary Cooper, and Eva Mae Jenkins; brother, Johnny (Georgia) Spaulding of Brooklyn, NY; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends

Memorial service: 3:00pm Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Adams Funeral Services, Inc., 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, Georgia. Private interment will be held at a later date.
