Edith Edwards

Mrs. Edith Edwards age 73, had her transition on Tuesday Feb. 2, 2010 under the excellent and professional care of Hospice Savannah surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Mustard Seed Faith Church, where she was a greeter and a member of Women of Destiny. She was also a Missionary serving in several foreign countries to include Hatti.
Survivors are a son; Jay Edwards of Missouri City, Texas; Two daughters Shirley ( Marion ) Devaux of Baltimore, MD and Sharon D. Edwards of Missouri City, Texas; three brothers Elder Earl ( Vennice ) Edwards, Franklin Edwards and Karris Kettles; six sisters Adline ( John) Pinkney, Margaret ( George ) Bacon, Dorothy Sharpe, Gloria Beach, Carolyn Kettles and Deloris Mack; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, nieces , nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Edwards will be held 11:00a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at Mustard Seed Faith Church; Rev. Datha Thomas, Pastor/Eulogy

Interment: Magnolia Memorial Gardens

Viewing: Monday February 5, 2010 from 10:00a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Adams Funeral Services

Instate: 9:00 A.M. at the Church
