Della Polite

Mrs. Della H. Polite, 94, had her transition on Monday, May 7, 2012 under the professional care of Hospice Savannah.
Survivors include three daughters, Gloria P. Jinks ( Arthur), Dandy P. Taylor ( Henry), Helen P. Tippins (Jack); an adopted son, O.T. Smith; a daughter- in- law, Vivian Polite; a brother, William Harley; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grand-children; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.



Funeral Service for Mrs. Della Harley Polite will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 at First Mt. Bethel Baptist Church; Rev. James Williams, Pastor. Public Viewing 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home. Mrs. Polite will lie in serenity 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the Church. Interment: Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
