These prices are effective as of July 15, 2019 and are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

Adams Funeral Services makes no representation or warranties regarding caskets.The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with casketsand/or containers sold are the express written warranties, if any, extended by themanufacturers thereof. Adams Funeral Services hereby expressly or implied,relating to the caskets and/or containers, including, but not limited to, the impliedwarranties merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff


Our fee for the services of the funeral director and staff includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Responding to the initial request for service; conducting of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as: insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory costs. THIS FEE FOR OUR BASIC SERVICES WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL COST OF THE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS YOU SELECT. (THIS FEE IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN OUR CHARGES FOR IMMEDIATE BURIALS, AND FORWARDING OR RECEIVING REMAINS).

Arrangement Conference and Consultation


Conducting the arrangement conference with family or responsible party for funeral service or cremation or burial.



Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Direct Cremation (At Need Only)


Our charge for a direct cremation (without ceremony) includes removal of remains locally, transportation to the crematory, obtaining necessary authorizations and permits, filing of the death certificate. If you wish to arrange a direct cremation, we have cremation urns for additional prices from $175-$1,105 or you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the cremains and can be made of materials such as fiberboard or composition materials with or without and outside covering. This price includes the return of the cremains in a BLACK PLASTIC BOX.

Simplicity Plan

Our charge for includes a portion of our basic services of funeral director and staff, embalming, removal of remains locally and the hearse for the service if applicable. The Winston Silver 20-gauge non-gasketed steel casket is provided at no additional cost. Upgrade options are not available.
